Groman Pro: You set the rules, the regulated broker holds the money

Groman Pro is rule-based trading software. You choose the markets, how much of your account each trade may risk, and where every stop-loss sits. The software places orders inside those limits. Your money stays in the regulated broker's client account, because we never touch it.

Your rules, your limits, one halt switch

Three things sit in front of you whenever the software is running: the rules you wrote, the order book it reads, and the switch that stops it. The panel below illustrates them.

MODULE 01 Boundaries

What rule-based trading software is, and what it is not

A name is only a name. Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, the company behind Groman Pro, has the word quantum in its legal name. The software uses no quantum computing and no artificial intelligence. Here is the plain version.

Groman Pro is

  • A rules engine. You write the conditions. It sends an order only when they are met.
  • A risk limiter. Position size is worked out from your stop-loss and the percentage you accept losing.
  • Non-custodial. Deposits and withdrawals go between you and the executing broker.
  • Paid by brokers. We receive rebates and referral fees, explained below.

Groman Pro is not

  • A broker, bank or adviser. It does not hold, pool or manage client money.
  • A crystal ball. It does not predict prices or issue signals, tips or promised returns.
  • Quantum computing, whatever the company name suggests.
  • Available everywhere. Access is restricted in some countries and the list may change.

MODULE 02 Depth engine

Order book depth ladder with a one-click kill switch

An order book lists the prices people will buy at, called bids, and sell at, called asks, with the size waiting at each price. The gap between the best bid and the best ask is the spread, and you pay it whenever you trade. The ladder below is a simulation with invented numbers. It shows what the software reads before it sends an order, and what happens when you halt it.

Press the switch to see new orders stop. Open positions would stay with your broker.

Bids and asks

Green rows are buyers, coral rows are sellers, and the longer the bar, the more size is waiting at that price. Colour is never the only clue: every row is labelled.

The spread

Buy at the ask, sell at the bid, and you start every trade slightly behind. A wider spread costs more, and it widens when markets are thin.

Halt Execution

The switch stops new orders from the software. Positions already open stay with your broker, so you still have to manage or close them there.

MODULE 03 Method

Four steps from registration to your first rule

There is no rush and no countdown. Each step waits for you.

  1. 01

    Register your interest

Leave your name, email and phone. Nothing is charged by registering. The broker for your country then contacts you about an account.

  2. 02

    Pass the broker's own checks

The broker for your country asks for identity and address documents through its own secure process. Those checks are the broker's duty, not ours.

  3. 03

    Write your rules

Choose markets, risk per trade between 1% and 5%, and a stop-loss for each rule. Try them in a simulation first, remembering that a simulation shows little about real conditions.

  4. 04

    Route orders through the broker

The software sends orders to your broker's platform inside your limits. You can change any rule or halt the lot with one click.

MODULE 04 Risk and mathematical reality

Drawdown recovery calculator and position size calculator

Losses and gains are not symmetric. Lose 10% of your account and you need 11.1% to get back. Lose half and you need to double. Lose three quarters and the remainder must quadruple, a 300% gain. That is why Groman Pro caps risk per trade instead of chasing recovery.

Drawdown recovery curve

A loss of 20% leaves 80% of your balance. You then need a 25% gain on what is left to get back to even.

Why the curve bends

Every loss shrinks the base you must grow from. The same 10% loss repeated costs more each time, which is why small, fixed risk per trade protects an account better than hoping for one big win.

Why a stop-loss is not a wall

In fast markets prices can jump past your stop, and the order fills at the next available price. Treat the calculated loss as a best case, not a limit.

Why you set the percentage

Only you know what loss you can live with. The software enforces your number, it does not choose one for you.

How we make money

Brokers pay us a rebate or a referral fee when a person we introduced opens an account and trades. The broker pays us out of its own revenue, and we add no charge of our own to your account. It does give us a reason to want you to open one, which is a conflict of interest, and we say so plainly. That is also why the advertising disclosure sits at the very top of this page.

MODULE 06 Custody

Non-custodial trading: where your money sits and how it comes back

Groman Pro never receives, holds or moves your funds. Deposits go from your bank to the regulated executing broker's client account, and withdrawals return the same way.

Make the request in your broker account. We apply no lock-up, holdback or withdrawal fee.

  2. The broker reviews it within 24 business hours

Anti-money-laundering rules apply. Brokers usually return money by the route it arrived, to an account in your own name. This is called source-to-source return.

  3. Funds clear in 1 to 3 business days

Timing depends on your bank and the payment method. The broker's withdrawal terms prevail.

MODULE 09 Questions

Sixteen questions about Groman Pro, answered in full

16 of 16 questions shown

01What is Groman Pro?

Groman Pro is rule-based trading software from Quantum Software Technologies Ltd. You write the rules: which markets, how much of your account one trade may risk, and where the stop-loss goes. The software then sends orders to your executing broker only when those rules are met. It is software, not a broker, bank or adviser.

02Does Groman Pro hold or move my money?

No. Your deposit goes from your bank to the executing broker's client account, and withdrawals come back the same way. Groman Pro has no access to those funds and cannot move them. This is what non-custodial means. If our software stopped working tomorrow, your money would still be with the broker.

03Is it artificial intelligence, or does it use quantum computing?

No to both. The software follows the rules you write. It does not predict prices, produce signals or learn your habits. The word quantum appears only in our company's legal name, Quantum Software Technologies Ltd. A name is only a name, so judge the product by what this page says it does.

04How much does Groman Pro cost?

The software and account activation cost £0.00. You still pay trading costs to your broker: the spread on every trade, overnight financing on positions held past the daily cut-off, and any fees the broker or your bank charges. The cost schedule on this page lists each one in a single table.

05How does Groman Pro make money?

Partner brokers pay us rebates and referral fees. The broker pays us out of its own revenue, and we add no charge of our own to your account. This is a conflict of interest, because we benefit when you open an account. We disclose it at the top of the page and in the section on how we make money.

06What does Halt Execution do?

One click stops the software sending new orders. It does not close positions that are already open, and it does not cancel anything your broker has already accepted. Those stay with your broker, so you must manage or close them in the broker's own platform. The ladder on this page is a simulation of the switch, not the live control.

07How is risk per trade limited?

You choose a percentage of account value, between 1% and 5%, that one trade may lose if its stop-loss is hit. The software works out the position size from that percentage and the distance to your stop. A stop is an instruction, not a wall: in a fast market the order can fill at a worse price, and the loss can be larger.

08Why does a 50% loss need a 100% gain?

After a 50% loss, a £1,000 account holds £500. To get back to £1,000, that £500 must double, which is a 100% gain. The same arithmetic gives 11.1% for a 10% loss and 300% for a 75% loss. The deeper the drawdown, the steeper the climb, which is why limiting the loss on each trade matters.

09Can I lose more than I deposit?

Geared products such as CFDs can lose money faster than many people expect, and some brokers or account types do not protect against a negative balance. It depends on your executing broker and the rules in your country. Read the broker's terms before you deposit, and only use money you can afford to lose.

10How do I open an account, and with which broker?

Registration is open for the markets in the broker roster: Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited (FCA 208159, United Kingdom). You register your interest here, the broker runs its own identity checks, and you open the account on its platform. Check the broker on its public register before you go further. There is no deadline and nothing is charged by registering.

11How do withdrawals work?

You ask the broker, not us. The broker reviews the request within 24 business hours under anti-money-laundering rules and usually returns funds by the route they arrived, to an account in your own name. Funds then clear in one to three business days, depending on your bank. We apply no lock-up, holdback or withdrawal fee.

12What deposit will I need?

Opening an account needs a deposit from $250 AUD, or £250 GBP, €250 EUR, $250 CAD, $250 NZD or $250 SGD, depending on your market. It is your own money and it is at risk. Nothing is taken when you register your interest here. You pay the broker directly, and only if you decide to deposit.

13Where is Groman Pro available?

Access is restricted in some countries, and the list may change. The service is not available anywhere the law forbids it. We do not print a country list because it would go out of date. The executing broker for your country will also apply its own eligibility checks before it opens an account.

14What happens to my details when I register?

We store your name, email, phone number and IP address in our customer-management system and share them with the executing broker for your country, so it can contact you about an account. The broker then holds its own record. You can withdraw consent or opt out of calls at [email protected]. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

15How do I know I am on the real Groman Pro site?

Our only official domains are gromanpro.io and app.gromanpro.io. Anything else, on any extension, is not us. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or identity documents on this site; a broker collects those on its own platform. Check the address bar, and report lookalike sites to [email protected].

16How do I contact support or make a complaint?

Email [email protected] for help. The desk runs 24/5 Trading Desk Support, Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. Send formal complaints to [email protected] and we acknowledge them within 24 business hours. Report fake websites or impersonation to [email protected]. All three mailboxes are read by people, and none of them will ever ask for your password.
